$40 Oversized Vehicle Surcharge applies to lifted vehicles, SUVs, and trucks. RVs, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers are excluded.

$150 Hazard Cleanup Fee applies for blood, urine, feces, vomit, mold, biohazardous materials, or other hazardous contaminants.

20% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure all appointments.

$0.55 Per Mile Travel Fee applies to locations more than 20 miles from Rancho Cucamonga.
